Design, usability, and accessibility

And a few other passions, too.

User Experience Design for Web

I love designing a layout or flow that will work for users. I prefer the wireframe stage of design and working with visual designers or a well-established pattern library. Collaboration, iteration, and understanding user needs is key.

Below are a few examples from my time working on the flight shopping path at Alaska Airlines.

Example project

At Alaska Airlines, I led a redesign of the seat selection process. The project included wireframes, interaction definition, usability studies, and accessibility consideration.
